• All returned products must be in their original, unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for food products that have been opened or used.

2. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Damaged or Defective Products:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference.
• Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product when contacting customer support.

4. Exchanges:

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

• Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened pet food, treats, or other consumable items.
